Their work began long before HOST existed. Both Lauren and David went through their own years of emotional struggle, trauma, loss and the search for identity and purpose. Their transformations did not come from surface level tools or mindset work but from learning how to work with the emotional body, face the shadow and integrate the parts of themselves they had spent years avoiding.
Out of their personal healing came a shared mission: to bring deep, accessible and life-changing transformation to the masses.
